Arizona Polymer Flooring Announces Arif Kalam as Director of Sales & Business Development

Arizona Polymer Flooring (APF), a manufacturer of high-performance flooring products and concrete coating systems, is pleased to announce Arif Kalam now serves as director of sales and business development.

Kalam will oversee the company’s business development and expansion strategies, as well as a team of nationwide sales representatives. He is responsible for forging new relationships with distribution partners around the country, ensuring they have all the tools, training and resources necessary to provide their clients with APF’s high quality coatings and flooring systems. Additionally, he’s driving the overall strategy to reach out to and educate contractors, architects and other end users across a variety of markets.

Kalam has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the building materials and concrete industries at both the national and international levels. Prior to working at APF, Arif held sales and marketing positions with Arizona Chemical, Lafarge International and BASF Admixture, where he successfully drove new product growth and increased market share.

Kalam has earned a Bachelor of Civil and Building Engineering from Victoria University of Technology in Australia, and he in the process of obtaining his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix with a specialization in Global Management.
